Below you will find all that you need to apply for membership at Lakewood. It begins by watching the three short videos that will walk you through the history of Lakewood and the EFCA as well as our beliefs and mission.

Once you’ve completed the videos, fill out the application and you're done! An elder or pastor will then reach out to you and set up a gathering time where we get the pleasure to hear your testimony of faith in Jesus.
